I was a Class A golf professional overseeing two golf courses in the Dallas/Fort Worth area, but I found myself spending my days off helping a friend wrap-up construction projects. I quickly realized homebuilding was my true passion. Shortly thereafter I summoned the courage to leave my job and began working in construction full-time. For the past twenty-three years I have built and remodeled homes for national and international homebuilding companies, learning every facet of the industry. In 2006, I founded Truvail Homes, a custom homebuilding and remodeling company focused on personal service, attention to detail and bringing your vision to life.
“I was going in on days off and working for a friend of mine in the building business – I just loved trimming houses. That is how my work in the industry began.”
You have a creative vision for your new home, room or addition and I take that very seriously. Our construction systems were created for people, like you, who are drawn to the look and feel of a high-quality home. You take pride in the detail and dependability of your home – and so do we. Together we discuss your project goals and develop a plan that is realistic and can be delivered within your budget. We consider your vision in every step of the process. Helping you create your dream home is not just a job for me, it’s a lifestyle; I can’t imagine doing anything else. I enjoy helping clients take their ideas from vision to reality, all the while growing a successful business based on trustworthiness, quality and cleanliness.
“I’m lucky enough to get to take a client’s idea and help them shape it, mold it and bring their vision to life. We are hoping to do this for as long as we can – even into retirement. I really enjoy the relationships with people. We meet a lot of neat people through the business and have built lasting relationships with our clients.”
